Equipment Needed: 4-6qt sauce pan, wooden spoon, cutting board, chef knife, measuring spoon, measuring cups, medium mixing bowl, small mixing bowl, quart size Ziplock, skillet with a lid, fish/spatula turner, whisk, metal basting spoon, parmesan cheese grater, meat thermometer

Ingredients Salmon, Butter, Honey, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Rice Wine Vinegar, Ginger Fresh, Red Chili Flakes, Green Onion, Salt, Pepper.  Risotto, Arborio Rice, mushrooms, olive oil, chopped onions, garlic, white wine, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, Greek Salad, Fresh cherry tomatoes, kalamata olive, green pepper, green onion, feta, cucumbers, olive oil
